Lifelong Fitness and Self-Defense
We have developed a three-part martial art program for our teen and adult program. Through the power of Uechi-Ryu and over 30 years of adult learning and fitness training, we have a one-of-a-kind program for teen and adult development in Southern New Hampshire.
Training of the Body: Our staff combines martial arts with the latest in physical fitness to improve your stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and core. It’s truly a workout like non-other.
Training of the Mind: Channeling the power of Eastern Martial Arts to improve your concentration, awareness, emotional discipline, confidence and helping our students reach inner serenity!
Training in Martial Arts/Self-Defense: You’ll learn the skills to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones by developing your mind and body. Our drills will work on your distancing, accuracy, blocking, counter attacks as well as how to mentally prepare yourself for confrontation.
Teens at 13 and adults who stretch into their 80s work together to create a sense of community and camaraderie that extends far beyond the classes. You won’t find anything like this for young adult and adult health and activities in the region.
